The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a

Chief Engineer

Serve as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing technical insights and ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements.

What are we looking for in our next Quality

Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.

Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles within the defence sector, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of defence systems, technologies, and regulations, with a focus on innovation and technological advancements.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
