    **Overview:**
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Men's Abortion Healing Coordinator. This role focuses on providing support, facilitating healing groups, and raising awareness for men who have been impacted by abortion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of men's mental health needs and experience in leading support groups or counseling sessions. This position involves travel to conferences, events, and various locations to engage with communities and promote healing opportunities for men affected by abortion.

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. **Facilitate Healing Groups:** Lead and facilitate support groups and counseling sessions specifically tailored to men who have experienced abortion, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for healing and expression.

    2. **Travel to Conferences and Events:** Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to raise awareness about men's abortion experiences, the need for healing, and available support services.

    3. **Community Engagement:** Develop relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, religious institutions, and other stakeholders to promote awareness of men's abortion healing needs and establish referral networks.

    4. **Provide Individual Support:** Offer one-on-one counseling and support services to men seeking assistance in processing their experiences with abortion, addressing their emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.

    5. **Educational Outreach:** Develop and deliver educational materials, workshops, and presentations to inform both men and service providers about the unique challenges faced by men affected by abortion and the resources available to support them.

    6. **Collaboration and Networking:** Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop effective strategies for reaching and supporting men in need of abortion healing services, including advocating for policy changes to improve access to care.

    **Qualifications:**

    Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    - Experience in counseling, support group facilitation, or mental health services, preferably with a focus on men's issues.
    - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
    - Sensitivity to the emotional and cultural complexities surrounding abortion experiences.
    - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
