    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg/Telemetry position requiring a KY or compact license and strong telemetry skills.

    Responsibilities
    Work in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
    Patient ratios typically range from 1:5 to 1:6
    Utilizes Meditech EMR system
    Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
    Schedules alternate weekly between 36 and 48 hours
    Bi-weekly orientation provided
    Responsibilities include providing care for adult Med Surg and telemetry patients
    No local candidates accepted according to radius rule
    Travel pairs generally not permitted except under special circumstances
    Holiday and weekend hours may be required as part of the rotation
    Dress code and additional onboarding details provided prior to assignment start

    Requirements
    Active KY or compact RN license required
    Minimum of 2 years current Med Surg/Telemetry experience
    Current BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), and NIH Certification required
    Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
