Job summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to assist with planning, implementing and managing logistical aspects of the project. The Project Manager should have a good knowledge of online systems and platforms such as Google suite and Zoom.

Responsibilities
+- Coordinating scheduling running meetings trainings evaluation sessions organizational team community partners.
- Maintaining project Work Plan Data Management Plan outcomes including leading task tracking project management systems software Google suite Airtable Base Camp Trello Click-up etc.
- Collecting stewarding primary source data Zoom audio video recordings transcripts IDG SNAC stakeholder meetings Advisory Board meetings Indigenous evaluation sessions maintaining project Google Drive internal documentation
- Overseeing ethical transfer final deliverables training videos controlled vocabulary documentation Sustainable Heritage Network SNAC website UMD website UMD DRUM repository venues
- Serving point-contact participants Indigenous evaluation sessions Manage recruitment plan dissemination list-serves communication serving initial point-contact participants Indigenous evaluation sessions Assist PI/Co-PIs creating milestones benchmarks tasks align milestones outlines timelines measure inform timely progress ensure successful outcomes Communicating regularly core UMD team managing Advisory Board SNAC leadership University Virginia SNAC working groups communications Coordinating OpenRefine training equipment technology needs
