- Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
- Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

- Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
- Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicates with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives
- Hardware Systems Engineer with a focus on architecture and data modeling documentation.
- High Performance Computing Application - Special Integrated Circuit requirements, design, test, deployment, tuning, and optimization, including board design, performance analysis, and system integration.
- Design, development, and integration of devices.
- Large program DoD/IC engineering, design, test, deployment, operations and sustainment milestones and review (ie PDR, CDR, IOT&E, DOT&E, EOA, IOC, FOC, T2Ops).
- Strong skills in customer support and teaming requirements extraction, teaming with vendors/ industry, and building relationships in support of the USG
- Eight (8) years' experience in technical program management and/or system development team lead
- Five (5) years' experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test, and transition to operations.
- Five (5) years' experience of system engineering in an intelligence community environment
