    Job Description:

    • Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
    Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.


    • Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies
    Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.


    • Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
    • Develops technical documentation
    Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.


    • Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
    • Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
    • Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
    • Communicates with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hardware Systems Engineer with a focus on architecture and data modeling documentation.
    • High Performance Computing Application - Special Integrated Circuit requirements, design, test, deployment, tuning, and optimization, including board design, performance analysis, and system integration.
    • Design, development, and integration of devices.
    • Large program DoD/IC engineering, design, test, deployment, operations and sustainment milestones and review (ie PDR, CDR, IOT&E, DOT&E, EOA, IOC, FOC, T2Ops).
    • Strong skills in customer support and teaming requirements extraction, teaming with vendors/ industry, and building relationships in support of the USG

    Required Experience:

    • Eight (8) years' experience in technical program management and/or system development team lead
    At least 50% of experience shall related to SIGINT, Communications Systems, or Information Technology.


    • Five (5) years' experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test, and transition to operations.
    • Five (5) years' experience of system engineering in an intelligence community environment

    Education:

    • B.S
    in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
    May substitute 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
