- $20,000 sign on bonus
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- $500,000+ potential (strong base salary + monthly production bonus)
- Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm (last patient scheduled at 3:30)
- Clinic - 3 days a week
- Surgery - 2 days a week
- Hospital calls - average of 4 times a year (call is shared with 10+ doctors in the area)
- Ownership available for the practice if interested
- Option to buy into the surgical hospital
- 4 weeks PTO
- 401k with contribution

- Supportive management team, patient services coordinators, surgical coordinators, technicians, scribes and staff.
