    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused individual to coordinate our transportation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a love of working with children, and the ability to follow directions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure safe and efficient travel for students.
    • Collaborate with school administrators to address student transportation needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations.
    • Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors to maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
    • Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities to prevent downtime and minimize costs.
    • Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively communicate with parents and community stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation to support budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices to improve efficiency and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • A love of working with children and a passion for helping others.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

    Salary Range: Based on experience and qualifications
