    About the Job:

    Pack4U SW Engineers develop, extend, and continuously improve our Cloud-native technology platform that powers our healthcare businesses. Software Test engineers, working in small teams, develop test strategies, plans, design, and execute tests across both backend and front end to advance our high-availability and high-performance end-end software platform. Our engineers are versatile and enthusiastic, take great pride in our shared vision, quality, and collaboration, and continuously push forward our technology platform.

    In this role, you will:

    · Design and execute all aspects of tests towards current and next generation Pack4U software platform, the scope of which includes both frontend and backend services

    · Design, develop, and maintain software test infrastructure and scripts required for automated and manual testing

    · Develop Test strategies and plans for new software features in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Engineering team members to deliver high quality with excellent user experience

    · Participate in work planning, breaking big items into small tasks and subtasks in an agile development environment.

    · Publish test reports with adequate details to provide insights into test coverage, status, and trends

    · Continually raise the bar, evangelize a high standard, and contribute to strengthening our culture and continuous improvements to our processes and products. Partner with leaders and peers to identify and take on initiatives

    What we are looking for:

    · Passion for working with healthcare and building great technology and products with excellent user experience.

    · A self-starter and an excellent problem solver who can work comfortably from the big picture to low-level details. Strong software lifecycle management skills.

    · A motivated engineer who works with purpose and modesty, and respect for all people

    · Expertise in testing web applications and REST-based backend APIs over microservices and/or databases. Experience with UI test automation

    · Fluency in programming languages such as Python or other scripting languages

    · Experience with testing in cloud environments/deployments

    · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and project issues clearly and concisely

    · Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related technical field

    · 8+ years of software test/QA experience

    Also nice to haves:

    · Prior healthcare or Pharmacy related industry experience

    · Experience testing native mobile applications

    · Software development experience

    · Experience with complex systems, which include software, hardware, and external devices
