- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Experience with Coupa procurement software
- advanced excel skills
- Reviews and circulates all invoices for projects, ensuring validation of required vendor backup documentation.
- Prepares and reviews all contract and change order requests, ensuring vendor compliance with executed contract agreements and corporate/department policies.
- Provides analyses and resolutions for contract/PO, financial budgetary systems, and billing issues through collaboration with various departments.
- Ensures application of department policies and procedures to all capital project vendors by attending and presenting at project kickoff meetings.
- Manages annual maintenance contracts and campus utility vendor accounts, processing invoices and handling account audits.
- Reviews and processes operation commitment requests to assist Real Estate Operations with campus maintenance.
- Provides transactional and data entry support to the Controls team, including SAP service entries and vendor set-ups.
- Prepares and submits closure requests for operating purchase orders.
- Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills and professionalism to interface and facilitate relationships with all levels of management and business unit contacts.

Work Schedule: Hybrid, in office 2 days a week, Celebration, FL
Pay Rate Information: $33hr to $35hr depending on experience level
Must Have Qualifications:
Additional Information: The group supports real estate operations and will be responsible for processing invoices and handling purchase order requests for maintenance and facilities. This role requires proficiency in Excel, and experience with Coupa
Required Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration (preferred).
