    Job Purpose

    The Senior Hardware Engineer of AES supports the division activities for Danlaw in USA and India and is responsible for Product Development internal to Danlaw in support of customer requirements. The SHPHE is also responsible to implement all customer requirements into the product and delivers verified and validated product in support of such.

    Responsibilities / Tasks

    Growth

    • Lead Danlaw' s team to expand the business with new customers and products to achieve the Danlaw AES Sales Growth goals.

    Hardware Engineer

    • Lead and coordinate all project team generic and customer specific activities in US and India market to satisfy project timing and technical requirements.
    • Coordinate Danlaw hardware product development on assigned customer projects to fulfill the Statement of Requirements (SOR) & Component Technical Specifications (CTS)
    • Implement the hardware inputs and feedback and provide status of the projects technical, timing, and quality objectives in support of hardware needs.
    • Support component and product level development through the product life cycle including acquisition, concept, design freeze, validation, verification, launch and change management
    • Collaborate with design & analysis groups at Danlaw including software, optical and mechanical teams for the creation of math and analytical models.
    • Evaluate prototype designs to verify functional requirements and conduct design revisions Coordinate the evaluation, response and implementation of engineering changes (internal driven).
    • Strive for continuous improvement of the development processes in US and India to improve product quality, performance, and cost optimization.
