    Awardco's sales team is winning and we are looking for someone who can innovate and help drive the success of our whole team forward.

    As a sales analyst, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities.

    You will focus on the sales health of the business by creating concrete, carefully thought out, and conclusive reports that provide important insights for the organization's management.


    What you will do:
    Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
    Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
    Provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share.
    Improving sales efficiency
    Presenting data interpretations
    Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
    Analyze large amounts of data
    Accurately project sales trends
    Identify sales opportunities


    What you will bring:
    Experience in sales analysis.
    Strong research and data analysis skills.
    Projection and forecasting skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Computer Literacy
    Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills
    Highly developed attention to detail and organizational skills
    Ability to work in a team environment
    Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
    Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an analyst
