    Recruiting Coordinator

    Job Summary:
    The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Director of Recruitment and the CHRO.

    He/She will be responsible for attracting potential new employees by recruiting, pre-screening interviews, and overseeing the new hire onboarding process.


    Responsibilities and Duties:
    ~ Reaching strategic goals by attracting and hiring entry-level employees.
    ~ Provide recruitment efforts company-wide.
    ~ Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.
    ~ Screening applicants, over the phone, in-person, and virtually.
    ~ Sourcing candidates daily for each department within the company.
    ~ Extending job offers for the hiring manager.
    ~ Posting job descriptions and advertising jobs.
    ~ Creating a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
    ~ Coordinate and solve any issues with the Payroll department to ensure the new hire is set up accurately in the system.
    ~ Coordinating and attending hiring events, posting job ads through college programs, job boards, social media pages, etc.
    ~ Assisting with employee reviews, such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, Google, etc.
    ~ Liaison and point of contact along with the Senior Recruiting Manager for background check vendor and E-Verify to solve and approve any discrepancies.
    ~90-day follow-ups for new hires, coinciding with recruiting referrals through employees.
    ~ Coordinating hiring activities and duties.
    ~ Managing applicants in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    ~ Greeting and assisting applicants onsite, and virtually.
    ~ Assisting new hires through the application and onboarding process.
    ~ Administrative duties such as assigning timecards, nametags, and parking passes for new and current employees, along with logging into the systems.
    ~ Welcoming the new employees; coordinate and assist with company new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition.
    ~ Coordinating with various departments to ensure new hires are prepared with a successful work environment.
    ~ Serving as a point of contact to address new hires, external candidates, and current employees.
    ~ Updating Senior Recruiting Manager on assigned requisitions on a weekly basis.
    ~ Assisting the Sr. Recruiting Manager and the CHRO with various tasks, projects, and reporting.
    ~ All other duties assigned by management.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    ~1-2 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience required.
    ~ Bachelors Degree is required.
    ~ Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, onboarding) is required.
    ~ Bilingual in Spanish is desirable.
    ~ Must be organized and detail-oriented.
    ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment with accuracy.
    ~ Ability to work on own initiative and to meet deadlines with accuracy, good planning, and time management skills.
    ~ Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft and computers/tech savvy.
    ~ Works well independently but must also work as part of a team.
    ~ Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting is helpful.
    ~ Openness to embrace new challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude.
    ~ Must possess strong problem-solving ability.
    ~ Must be flexible and comfortable with taking on a variety of tasks.
