Write clear, focused learning objectives and design content and assessments that align with them
Translate complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand training materials
Create print and digital training materials that adhere to brand standards and our audience's needs
Conduct research and work with subject matter experts to gather data and verify facts and information
Manage your project timelines
How you will shine:
Relevant bachelor's degree (Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, etc.)
3+ years' experience with eLearning course development
Relentless attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain focus on the big picture
Strong interpersonal skills and curious nature
A love of learning and a desire to help others succeed
A team-player attitude
Comfort with course-authoring software (e.g., Articulate 360) and Microsoft Office
Experience with independently managing project timelines

We're currently seeking a Learning Architect to join our Headquarters team In this role as a Learning Architect you will help create outstanding instructional content.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative individual with a solid understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning theory and a passion for learning and teaching.
With guidance and input from the Manager of Learning and others on the team, the Learning Architect will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create a wide variety of materials to train Mister employees nationwide.
