    Job Summary

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Mosaic Dental Collective. As a key member of our oral healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Dental Cleanings: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
    • Oral Examinations: Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
    • Radiographic Images: Take and record radiographic images.
    • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
    • Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
    • Clinical Partnerships: Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
    • Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Qualifications: Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
    • Licenses and Certifications: Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
    • Tech Savvy: Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
    • Patient-Centric Approach: Compassionate patient centric approach.
