- Provide on-site technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ATARS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise in the field.
- Responsible for maintaining ATARS maintenance, installation, and debug tools for the field.
- Install and commission hardware, software, and other engineering components.
- Design, automate, and run electrical testing.
- Work with design engineers to diagnose hardware and software failures
- Facilitate communication between engineering, program management, and external stakeholders.
- Able to complete ad-hoc internal and external presentations with guidance from senior managers.
- Adhere to safety and FOD protocols and guidelines during on-site activities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in field engineering or a related technical role (2+ Years)
- Familiarity with military aircraft and / or aerospace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Familiarity with debugging electronics

- Experience with benchtop lab equipment
