    The goal of Veradigm Connect is to make it as seamless and user-friendly as possible to integrate solutions with various supported EHRs and Practice Management systems.


    What you will contribute:


    Conduct market research to identify high potential or trending healthcare IT solutions and engage with these organizations to join Veradigm ConnectSupport the Veradigm Developer Portal ) by suggesting and documenting UI and workflow improvements, QA test new functionality and assist portal users with issues or questionsMaintain program sites including the Veradigm App Expo ) by auditing as well as updating content to promote new integrations internally and externally to drive new businessSupport general program inboxes by addressing business and marketing inquiries from existing and future customersReport metrics and identify trends in our new subscription programStrategize social media engagement through increased posts, followers, and interactionsWork directly with third-party vendors and support them in their integrating products with Veradigm solutions can better equip thousands of healthcare providers and support millions of patientsThe ideal candidate will: Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business or health information management, or related disciplineHave a 3.5+ GPA (preferred)Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHave strong work ethic and attention to detailHave experience working in a healthcare organization or technology company (preferred) and a passion for supporting innovation in healthcareEnhancing Lives and Building CareersVeradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work and to further their professional development.
