- Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
- Responsible with medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the inpatient and residential setting only, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider
- Assists and support medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
- Provides medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed
- Serves as a staff resource for client medical needs and information
- Graduate of Accredited RN or LPN Program
- Licensed as a RN or LPN in North Carolina or compact state
- Must have valid driver's license and be authorized to drive
- Active BLS within 30 days of hire

Description

Our teams are passionate, talented individuals who provide a full continuum of care that's individualized to each patient and who collaborate across disciplines to ensure lasting recovery.Position Overview:
Nursing provides holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients with Eating Disorders and other comorbid disorders in an inpatient or residential higher level of care (HLOC) setting.
Schedule
PRN, 2 shifts a month, Nights
12 hour shifts, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am ET
Compensation
Rate of pay is based on RN or LPN licensure and years of experience.
