- Provide direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to ensure the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse
- Develop and implement work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operation
- Apply sound communication and motivation techniques in directing staff
- Create and maintain professional relationship with Temporary Help Agency
- Schedule temporary labor based off production schedule
- Organize and perform all necessary training to ensure the quality of production
- Direct and supervise all inbound to ensure the team is performing the processes correct and in a timely fashion
- Tour the work areas regularly to answer questions, evaluate operations and solve problems
- Make recommendations to the Warehouse Leadership on programs to improve operations
- Identify and track process improvement opportunities in an effort to improve quality and/or productivity
- Perform special projects/tasks as assigned
- Allocate equipment so that it is utilized in the most efficient manner
- Interact with other departmental management to achieve goals
- Attend warehouse planning meetings
- Communicate with production supervisor and operations director for daily operations plan
- Conduct daily pre-shift start up meeting with full time and temporary labor
- Timely communication with other departments/leads in case of delays/issues
- Ensure that all records and reports regarding operations activity are prepared on a timely basis and effectively maintained
- Review operating goals and standards and monitor achievement

- Ensure accuracy of operation process before final confirmation of pallets
- Escalate case labeling, integrity, sealing concerns, inventory discrepancies to the appropriate departments for final correction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and adhere to safety and housekeeping regulations to ensure damage to product, equipment and the facility is prevented
- Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed to prevent near misses
- Operate in compliance with OSHA, L'Oral EHS and other appropriate standards
- Assist in achieving the KPIs across assigned area
- Able to navigate and help manage the Labor Management System (LMS) and its data with accuracy.
