The company is headquartered in Houston, TX, and is seeking a Construction Manager to join its team.

In this role, youll handle all aspects of construction for a rapidly growing shopping center company and be based in the Houston HQ office.

Travel is necessary (35-40%). The company offers a competitive salary, 401k, & health care.

This executive should have the following experiences and attributes:

At least 3-5 years of experience working as a construction manager with retail, mall, shopping center, or restaurant construction experience.

Strong communication skills and a demonstrated team player.

Experience working with tenants, architects, engineers, and construction managers of national retailers and restaurants.

Strong organizational skills and experience in managing the paperwork for the complete construction process from estimation & budgeting to the management of the construction process and post-construction punch lists.

Thrives in a high-performance environment and likes to operate independently.
