    Description

    Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Migration and Master Data Management Specialist to join their team.

    In this role, you will lead data migration activities for our ERP implementation and drive master data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.

    Responsibilities
    Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency.
    Monitor data quality and coordinate fixes for integrated data consistency.
    Manage project deliverables for successful cutover and timely go-live.
    Align migration activities with business objectives alongside technical and functional leads.
    Document migration processes comprehensively for compliance and training.
    Track progress and address issues using Microsoft DevOps and other tools.
    Maintain SOPs for data standards and review/improve master data interfaces.
    Communicate technical details effectively to stakeholders.
    Contribute to developing a comprehensive data warehouse solution.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
    Minimum of 5 years in data-centric roles, with a focus on data migration and validation.
    Expertise in SQL query writing.
    Proficiency in Python or similar languages for data cleansing and transformation.
    Experience managing data-centric projects through all phases of the lifecycle.
    Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with various levels of management.
    Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
    Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail.

    Nice to Have Competencies
    Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is highly preferred.
    Familiarity with Salesforce implementations, especially CPQ, is a plus.
    Knowledge of InterBase scripting and data warehouse/lakes development is advantageous.

    Certifications:
    Master Data Management certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP, CIMP) are a plus.
