- Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvements
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather process requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and model new processes and enhancements to existing processes
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis for changes to business processes and/or IT applications
- Facilitate communication between organizational units to align operations and project goals
- Responsible for documenting all process analysis and design work
- Adhere to Westinghouse standards and controls within area of responsibility
- Periodically manage small application projects including budgeting, planning, and resource assignments
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems and other enterprise applications
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in documenting processes and requirements clearly and concisely
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of business process management, workflow design, and IT applications
- High degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity
- Understands and successfully communicates best practices for optimized solutions
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Prior experience using Microsoft DevOps or other Application Lifecycle Management tool
- Ability to manage and organize small projects
- Ability to forecast and predict future project trends
