The Director of Financial Accounts is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's financial operations with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This leadership role ensures accuracy compliance and timeliness in all financial transactions while providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of AR and AP functions ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Develop implement and maintain financial policies procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Maintain cash flow forecast revenue expenses provide regular financial reports to executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads ensure alignment of financial practices with organizational goals
- Review approve vendor payments payroll transactions customer invoicesEnsure compliance applicable laws regulations accounting standardsIdentify opportunities process improvements implement technology solutions appropriateLead train evaluate performance two finance team members provide guidance professional developmentQualifications
