This role is paid on an hourly basis with a range of $ $44.00 and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The expected approximate annualized compensation range is $70,000 - $90,000.

Summary Of The Role
We're in search of a dynamic
Civil Engineering Designer
who is highly motivated and results driven. As a vital member of our team, you'll have a central role in shaping and delivering a wide range of land development projects. Responsibilities

• Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions to project challenges
• Preparation of construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project documents
• Coordination with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit application
• Preparation of grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards
• Perform detailed and complex calculations for storm water facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements
• Preparation of detailed technical reports and project presentation materials
• Assist project engineers in completing projects in a timely manner and within project budgets
• Attend project meetings

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in site development design
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• A desire and/or ability to work in teams to accomplish shared goals
• Self-motivated with the ability and desire to deliver excellent client service

Work Location
This is an onsite role based out of the following Core States Group offices: Bentonville, AR; Roseville, CA; Bellevue, WA; Kent, WA; Puyallup, WA; Richland, WA; Tampa, FL; or Philadelphia, PA.
