- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' communication strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop tailored treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
- Deliver therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and professionals to help students achieve their communication objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- California state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
- Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience working with children in an educational environment is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Full-Time position.
- Standard school hours, Monday to Friday.

Job Description
We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Compton, CA. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services to students in grades PreK through 6th at multiple school sites. Collaboration with a team of SLPs, teachers, and parents is key to supporting the communication goals of our students.
