Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needsPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresObserve, record and report to clinical supervisor, patients reaction to treatment, progress, and any changes in patients conditionAssists patient and family with community resources needed to adjust to physical, mental, and social limitationsFollow up with, execute, and properly document ordersProvide accurate and timely documentation of care per agency policy and pay source requirementsEffectively manage a caseload as established by the agencyRegistered Nurse (RN)
Qualifications:
Active license as a Registered Nurse in ColoradoCurrent TB screening upon hire and annually thereafterPrior home care experience strongly preferred, but not requiredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong interpersonal skillsSolid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical record preferredValid state Drivers License with reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the anticipated level of physical assist required to provide safe patient care.
