    Talent Coordinator, Americas

    ASM Global Talent Acquisition function is focused on the delivery of top talent, at all levels, for today and for the future. The strategy focuses on people, process and technology to gain efficiencies and increase productivity with the outcome of better results for the business, function and candidates.

    The team is forward looking, able to understand the changing market and stay ahead of hiring trends. It consists of regional on ground TA Partners and People Partners with deep business and technical knowledge who can tap into diverse candidate pools and attract top talent into the organisation.

    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, reporting to Talent Acquisition , to be based in Phoenix, AZ and hold accountability for the requirements across our organisation.

    To be successful in this role you will be an Talent Coordinator, used to handling multiple roles, with a strong focus on coordinating timely schedules for onsite interviews and being involved for onboarding. You would have frequent interactions with candidates, TA Partners, and various internal stakeholders to ensure interviews schedules are executed. You will also be passionate about providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience in all of your interactions.

    In addition, you will have experience in understanding and embedding processes and have the ability to work within a global centre of excellence model whilst adhering to local regulations, policies and nuances

    Key Responsibilities for this role:

    • Ensure candidates and hiring managers receive a highly positive experience through the entire recruitment process
    • Scheduling interviewers within SLA.
    • Track feedback forms
    • Maintain compliance and back end office
    • Attend/support external recruiting events and participate in hosting internal recruiting events.
    • Be open to provide sourcing support to TA partners as and when required.

    • Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder

    Requirements:

    • 2 plus years of recruiting, recruiting coordination or high volume administrative experience at a fast paced growing organization.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
    • MS office suite
    • Must be onsite two days a week
    • Travel 5 to 10%

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of recruiting /recruiting coordination or similar high volume administrative experience at a fast paced growing high tech company
    • Working in matrixed environment
    • Screening, email campaigning, and sourcing
    • Experience with Linkedin and other recruiting tools
