- Team develops reporting tools and programs to assist in the overall revenue cycle operations
- This position will require experience with report development and report construction, and be able to manipulate large data sets in Excel
- Responsible for some project management and presenting data and findings to executive leadership
- Meetings with various department heads to identify departmental problems and data points/KPIs
- Building productivity reports
- Will be leveraging tools like:
- Revenue cycle analytics experience
- Exp w/ Smartsheets
- Exp w/ Alteryx
- Tableau exp
- Epic experience
- Lean Six Sigma / Process Driven background
- Bachelor's Degree (Ideally Healthcare, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, v lookups, chart building, mass indexing, advanced formulas
- SQL experience writing queries and statements
