    Business Development Manager Position Summary:
    Generate sales to contribute to the branch's overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.

    As an Outside Sales Representative/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our existing client base.

    In this role, you will make phone calls as well as in-person sales calls to generate orders from prospects, targets, and clients.

    Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager will include:

    Generate temporary Service sales by developing new client relationshipsMeet quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targetsFoster relationships with new clientsMaintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high-potential accountsBusiness Development ManagerResponsibilities:Develop new client salesDevelop leads for temporary usageQualify leads, identify potential targetsDevelop sales plans for each marketing opportunityDevelop Relationships with all levels or buyers at target companiesVisit to include lead to the next step in the marketing processVisits conducted to include: client profile, action plan development, coach development, quality assessment, continuous improvement, assignment development, project management, service team intro, a tour of facilities, performance review, and planningAs a part of the temp team, assist in filling jobs and interviewing when neededDevelop business contacts through active participation in business-oriented or community programPreferred Education and Experience/Certifications:Bachelor's Degree is preferred but can be substituted for a similar experienceH.S.

    Diploma or GED is required of all employeesOne plus year of experience in outside salesExperience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDriver's license in order to freely travel throughout the Brooklyn and Queens areaLanguage Skills:

    Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verballyAbility to read, analyze and interpret procedures outlined in company policiesAbility to write reports and business correspondenceAbility to effectively respond to questions or complaints from managers, clients, employees, and the general publicApply today as we are currently conducting interviews for this position.
