    Job Description:

    The Maintenance Scheduler role is crucial to the efficient operation of the Port Neal Nitrogen facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately scheduling work orders for day-to-day work across various craft disciplines, including instrumentation, electrical, rotating machinery, fixed equipment, contractors, and outside services.

    Key responsibilities include upholding CF's high environmental, health, and safety expectations while maintaining high craft quality performance and productivity. This involves reviewing and overseeing all notifications to ensure accuracy and timely dissemination of information, developing day-to-day and weekly maintenance schedules from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work order 'Ready to Schedule' backlog, and managing the completion of preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment availability and regulatory compliance.

    A strong understanding of process equipment, ammonia process, and contained equipment is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in an industrial setting. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and scheduling software applications is also desirable. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
