    Compensation: $60-70K (DOE) + commission

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Follow a growth strategy focused both on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings and various outreach with prospective clients within your region
    • Promote the company's products/services addressing historical data
    • Prepare contracts and agreements ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. within CRM
    • Provide feedback and post sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine processes and targets
    • Other duties as assigned
    KEY COMPETENCIES:
    • Proficiency in Gsuite, and Hubspot
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build rapport and close deals
    • Time management and planning skills
    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
    • Proven sales track record in the tech ed/SaaS industry
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role/ managing your own book of business
