Job summary
We are seeking an experienced project execution professional to serve as the owner's representative for active redevelopment and construction projects of institutional-quality neighborhood mixed-use assets across the Western U.S.Responsibilities
- Partner with the investments, asset management, and leasing teams to execute the redevelopment and repositioning of assets based on value creation strategies and serve as the primary owner's representative from pre-construction through close-out
- Take direct responsibility for project budgets, schedules, scopes, and execution outcomes
- Manage the full construction process, including design coordination, entitlements, bidding, contract negotiation, construction administration,
