- 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior/executive role and covering multi‑site, operationally complex businesses (tech, hospitality, services, or retail preferred).
- A proven track record of leading and scaling people functions in a dynamic and fast‑growing organization.
- A strong background in performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and culture/engagement initiatives.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Exceptional business acumen, data orientation, and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
