    Support the execution of photography and TV shoots for multiple brands

    Managing coordinating, tracking, and tagging all merchandise (samples) for all brands throughout the duration of the project

    Oversee disassembly and packing of merchandise

    Apply the unique marketing ticketing, tracking, and cataloging of pre-production and post-production product

    Assigns location of all merchandise through the life of the product

    Purge of product at the end of each season

    Assist in the organization of marketing product area

    Act as liaison to Merchants and Stylists to procure product samples

    Serve as the secondary day to day contact for stylists and advertising project managers from the start of a job to the final stages

    Monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders via WorkFront.

    Scan and record final LOOKS to the FileMaker database.

    Communicate removal of product with stylists and merchants at end of season

    Maintain relationships with respective business partners.

    Assist Senior Merchandise Coordinator with ECOM projects as needed

    1-2 years marketing experience; preferably in retail

    Strong teamwork and project management skills, including demonstrated track record in managing projects across functional lines and channels

    Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business

    Must be an organized and motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives on working in a fast-paced team environment

    Ability to execute independently with minimal direction.

    Strong oral and written communication skills

    Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, keen attention to detail

    Strong computer systems knowledge with File Maker Pro, Word, Excel, Outlook and internal programs including merchant systems

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

    Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time * Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis

    Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

    Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment

    Hours regularly 40 hours per week
