- System Pool- 13-week full time assignment for assigned department - unit provided schedule - block scheduling not available. Aug and Sept start dates for assignments available at Winter Haven and Morton Plant Hospitals.
- Seasonal Pool (must live greater than 100 miles from assigned facility and region of hospitals) and only offered between November-May
- The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
- Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in the departments
