- Develop comprehensive process design simulations, Design Basis, PFDs, Utility Load Lists, Equipment List, and equipment sizing for major projects.
- Lead or participate in process studies and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in P&ID development and generation of fluid hydraulic calculations for line sizing.
- Expertise in formulating process data for in-line instruments and loads for rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Lead small teams of process engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Coordinate with high-value engineering centers across different offices to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform typical process engineering calculations related to hydraulics, relief valves, design pressures and temperatures, vessel and tower sizing, etc.
- Contribute to both Greenfield and brownfield FEED or EPC projects.
- Preferred experience in sectors such as Refining, Olefins, Polymers, Utilities, and Offsites.
- Field experience is desirable.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering within the Refining and Petrochemicals industry.
- Familiarity with process simulation software, particularly Aspen HYSYS.
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, fluid hydraulic calculations, and process design principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
