    :


    • Manage client pipeline from loan packaging to loan closed/funded
    • Provide guidance on loan program requirements including process, timing, and documentation
    • Ensure all loan documentation required for lender credit approval is completed accurately
    • Work Control Reports - Create PIVOTs for reporting, statistics etc (wish list)
    • Retrieve RIMS data - RIMS access
    • Understand current lender policies and procedures, as well as current SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Establish lender relationships to effectively communicate client needs and negotiate upon clients' behalf

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    At least 1-2 years' experience in loan processing, insurance, legal, or business operations


    • Strong computer/technical skills- Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
    • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    Encompass , Google Office Suite , Microsoft Office, Technologically literate


    • Strong professional and business writing
    • Ability to analyze personal financial statements, credit bureau reports, business plans, interim statements, cash flow projections, tax returns, and bank statements
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Communications is a plus
