More about your role:

NASK seeks a motivated self-starter data scientist in Beavercreek, Ohio, to fill a key role supporting the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)
In this position, you will work closely with intelligence analysts, researchers, and Government subject matter experts to develop innovative data mining, exploitation, and visualization techniques to answer critical intelligence questions
In this role, you will think outside the box to tackle challenging problem sets with big, large, and complex data and work with intelligence analysts to understand needs and apply data science techniques to build solutions
You will develop custom software tooling and integrations through Python, MATLAB, Microsoft BI, Tableau, and other tools while working with a highly skilled team of experienced leaders and technical experts and collaborating with other teams across the intelligence community

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work
• Experience building custom analytic and data processing tools and processes
• BS in a related field
• Experience using Python, MATLAB, Microsoft BI, Tableau

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant work
• Experience in GEOINT data mining, statistics, machine learning
