    We are looking for a Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. As the face of Restore, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure our customers have a positive experience, from booking appointments to educating clients on our wellness offerings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with every client
    • Answering the phone and managing appointments
    • Onboarding new clients and creating Client Profiles
    • Assisting with customer sessions and services
    • Providing tours, selling packages & memberships, and more
    • Assisting in store operations and community outreach
    • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and educating clients on our services

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for health and wellness
    • Minimum one year of customer service experience
    • Availability to work weekends
    • Degree or working towards one in a related field
    • Strong communication skills
    • Bilingual abilities (preferred)
