The Department of Humanities at Mercy University seeks part time, adjunct instructors to teach philosophy to undergraduate students.
Successful candidates may be offered the opportunity to teach up to three section(s) of Introduction to Philosophy or Logical Thinking per semester.
Commitment to teaching with inclusive excellence is required.Candidates may also be asked to provide assistance with program assessment and development and to attend select programmatic or professional development meetings.
Schedule:
Day and Evening teaching likely to be required.
Location:
Courses may be offered at the Dobbs Ferry, Manhattan, or Bronx campuses, or online.
