    We have an opportunity for Engineer/Analyst at NAWS China Lake, CA to provide telemetry (TM) data analyses of flight tests, hardware in the loop (HIL) and digital simulations supporting weapon development, platform integration, and operational testing, modeling and simulation, analysis software development, and test requirements reviews
    Responsibilities Work with senior engineer and customer analysts to analyze TM data captured during conduct of digital and HIL simulations, as well as captive and live fire flight tests supporting weapons development, platform integration, and operational testing
    Must be a motivated self-starting individual possessing the skills necessary to research current and historical weapon design material available supporting detailed investigations into test item performance
    Works closely with customer engineering and analysis team members supporting all project testing and platform integration efforts
    May be required to attend/participate in flight test activities providing TM data analyses necessary to support real-time assessments effecting test conduct
    Position is customer-facing, full-time on site in a computer lab environment at NAWS China Lake in Ridgecrest CA
    Travel is possible but expected to be infrequent/minimal

    Qualifications Education:
    Must have a Bachelor's degree in STEM/(Electronics/RF Engineering preferred) from an accredited U.S
    university

    Clearance Requirement:
    Must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD personnel security clearance (Top Secret desired; Secret required)

    Experience:
    Weapon telemetry data analysis, modeling and simulation experience desired; however, recent college graduate possessing the appropriate technical training will be considered
    Experience with MATLAB (e.g., designing graphical user interfaces, visualizing data, creating automation tools, etc.), LINUX, data analysis, technical report writing, and presenting to Leadership are desired

    $90,000 - $130,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for locations in the state of California
