    Description
    STV has a position for a Marketing Operations Assistant located in our Charlotte, NC office.

    This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual seeking an entry-level position that could lead to a rewarding marketing career.

    Responsibilities:
    Support our marketing operations team in the preparation of prequalifications/qualifications applications and forms, which involves assisting with research, formatting, editing, tailoring resumes/project descriptions, coordination among team members and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)

    Coordinate with coordinators and managers to maintain marketing operations and prequalifications materials including databases, schedules, client portals, client documents, and other support materialsCollaborate with diverse teams, departments, and stakeholdersManage and update information in marketing databases and dashboardsProvide investigation of requirements, tracking and documentation of activity and outcomesMiscellaneous marketing operations administrative supportRequirements:
    Curiosity about the built environmentCommitment to quality and accountabilityFlexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external)

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detailsCapacity to problem solve and adapt to changing situationsAbility to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtimeCapability to embrace innovation, assist in evaluating current systems and implement improvementsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearlyMust also be resourceful and have a strong work ethicQualifications:

    Associates/Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalencyExperience in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and ExcelProficiency in Adobe InDesignResumes must be accompanied by a cover letter demonstrating how your experience qualifies you for this position.

    Your cover letter will be evaluated as a sample of your writing ability.


    Compensation Range:
