    This position will work closely with other service team members and departments to ensure the highest level of services is received by the client.

    Primary objective of this job is to facilitate the advisor moving from a customer to a promoter of Orions technology and service.

    We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices:
    Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.

    In this role, youll get to:
    Assign to a specific territory of advisors as their dedicated client service representativeManage client problems from start to finish; analyze client requests, explore possible solutions or coordinates with other departments following-through until resolution while being the single point of contact for the clientProvide financial representatives with information, updates, and changes to all facets of wealth management related to custodian and Federal regulations and requirements including taxes, technology, workflowsCounsel their advisors regarding best practices, policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance on how to handle requests or situations encounteredTrain advisors, as needed, on processes and available systems to serve their clientsManage daily work across all aspects of servicing advisors and clients including timely call servicing and account management functionsMeet or exceed all daily and monthly business measurementsProvide status updates to management as requiredProvide feedback to the team for continued improvementsMaintain an atmosphere of appreciation of Advisors and Client issuesContinually maintain an 'above and beyond' service aptitudeDaily promotion of our Service Vision and PrinciplesAssist in project work as neededWere looking for talent who:Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or financial industryPossess prior experience with SalesforceHas a minimum of a bachelors degree in business, finance, or related majorObtain Orion Industry CertificationOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization#LI-AP1#LI-Onsite#LI-Hybrid

    Salary Range:
    $51, $74,944.00 The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
