    Priority Financial Group is seeking a high quality, driven, and energetic Financial Advisor to work with one of our top credit union partners. The role of the Financial Advisor is to enhance member and client relationships by providing holistic, planning advice through the sale of Investment, Insurance, and Estate Planning products and services.

    • Pays close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Excellent grammar skills to initiate, interpret, and compose documents. Basic math skills.

    • Excellent decision-making/problem solving skills relating to highly diversified, complex financial planning issues. Utilizes computer, general office equipment adeptly.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Leverage fee-based financial planning tools to help clients reach their personal, education, business, retirement, and estate planning goals.
    • Conduct Investment, Insurance, and Estate Planning sales with assigned Members.
    • Provide Financial Education services to Credit Union Members.
    • Achieve activity and sales goals as agreed upon.
    • Conduct prospective client interview, implement the clients financial plan, and provide servicing appointments with commitment to client satisfaction.
    • Perform pro-active prospecting activities to Credit Union members and also outside of the credit union in order to introduce new member relationships.
    • Maintain and document, via Salesforce, regular client annual review meetings to enhance client relationships and to identify additional sales opportunities i.e.: Insurance, Estate Planning, and Financial Planning.
    • Utilize all technology and fact-finding profile forms as required for compliance review including Salesforce.
    • Perform all related job duties and office operations in accordance to established Credit Union and broker dealer policies and procedures.
    • Follow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies.
    • Adhere to company policy and procedure, complete annual compliance training, comply with business continuity and vendor management policy. These are crucial to the success of the organization and have regulatory compliance and/or safety and soundness for the sustainability of the credit union.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree (BS) from four-year College or University: or associate degree (AAS) from two-year College or equivalent job experience.

    2+ years of financial industry experience in related financial planning/sales field, or equivalent combination of education.

    Possess FINRA and State Insurance licensing certifications (Series 7, Series 65 or 66, and Life and Health Insurance).

    Certified Financial Planner designation preferred. Credentials recommended.

    Possess a clean credit and U-4 CRD history.

    The income range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicants skill, experience, and work location.

    The posted salary range is subject to increase based on annual commissions.
