    Our esteemed client in the investment management space is seeking a Business Analyst (Contract) to provide support to the Private Client Central Business Team. Key responsibilities include business analysis, project management support and meeting/presentation coordination.

    As the Private Client Service Business Analyst you will:


    • Manage activity tracking and reporting to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting for execution-based functions.


    • Provide direct support to client facing team members in resolving escalations, with detailed tracking of issues and trend analysis to identify areas of opportunity for systemic improvement.


    • Perform ongoing analysis to identify opportunities to increase efficiency of routine activities. Provide support for Service meetings including agenda development, note taking and coordination of follow up actions and communications.


    • Support development and execution of strategic communication plan to share progress and success stories. Create presentations and communications for range of internal events and audiences.


    • Support recurring review and refinement of all policies and procedures governing the execution of the private client business.


    • Collect and document business requirements in support of project teams.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance


    • Strong Excel skills


    • Ability to work five days a week in the office in downtown Baltimore
