- Participate in technology implementations to mitigate disruptions to Business, create efficiency and de-risk the organization with systemic controls.
- Prepare materials and maintain appropriate levels of communication to ensure effective, on-going communications across all teams and stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in a financial or other regulated institution.
- Knowledge of institutional lending and credit products, experience in risk data management a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders.
- BA/BS required. MBA/MS preferred

We work across all areas of the business, including banking, risk, operations, and technology, for products spanning investment banking, commercial real estate, trade services, private banking, and commercial loans. This is an opportunity to work with some of the top leaders in the business and drive change across a global organization.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join Credit Risk Management Services group to partner with each of our core capabilities as we work to transform the lending operating model. In this role you will be responsible for supporting transaction lifecycle activities, establishing processes and procedures to align with policies, and working with technology to enhance system controls. You will be supported by the partnership of our global team and the surrounding wholesale lending franchise.
