What You Will Do

The Operations Project Manager role is a techno functional role to drive foundational change needed to enable the growth of the company.

The Operations Project Manager will work individually to serve a diverse set of operational business needs utilizing various system platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Operations process and systems, this is a high visibility, high impact and versatile role offering exposure to many parts of operations planning and supply chain.

To succeed, the ideal candidate will possess a "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude and "hands-on" style while building a strong working relationship with all cross functional teams like Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Quality and Sales.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Manage strategic/tactical projects involving supply chain planning system. This includes overseeing the aspects of Project Management, planning, and development of any new initiatives.
• Take ownership in the process of selection and implementation of various supply chain systems like forecasting application, WMS, TMS, Supply planning etc.
• Support material planning and supply planning team in all aspects of information infrastructure
• Spearhead the technical deep dive and analysis into the details of work stream to ensure high quality and on time deliverable.
• Take active lead on business requests for data and BI reports.
• Collaborate with the IT team on more complex data requests, defining requirements for needed data and delivery methods.
• Provide effective and clear communication to various stakeholder groups.
• Incorporate core Project Management skills involving scoping, scheduling, resources allocation, time management, risk identification/mitigation.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
• 5 years of recent experience in a leadership role in a supply chain IT, operations management or project management role working for a direct manufacturer (required)
• Must be extremely comfortable with SQL server coding and ability to do ad-hoc data analysis.
• Proven experience at a personal level involving SQL changes, Supply chain related Project implementation like ERP, WMS, supply Planning etc.
• 10-15 years of overall experience managing systems/applications in a CPG environment
• Expert applied knowledge of forecasting, ERP, MRP, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines.
• Preferred experience with Power BI and power automates or similar tools.
• Technically fluent; Extremely comfortable with learning new systems/technology.
• Proven experience exhibiting solution architecture planning.
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to work with minimal direction.
• Advance level Microsoft excel user.
• Experience with Microsoft D365, Azure, Devops a plus
• Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to persuade while guiding towards a solution.
