Title: Procurement Analyst

Work Location: FDIC Headquarters, Arlington, VA

Work Schedule: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 40 hours per week. Adherence to recognized U.S. holidays and FDIC policies.

Muscogee Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team supporting the FDIC's Division of Administration's (DOA) Centralized OM Management Group in advising on and implementing contract administration best practices.

This position requires expertise in federal procurement policies and procedures and a commitment to supporting the effective oversight of FDIC's extensive contract portfolio.

General Tasks:

• Provide governance program management, category management, data analysis and audit support.
• Advise stakeholders on procurement policy matters.
• Plan, develop and implement acquisition policies, standards and procedures.
• Perform procurement reviews, report findings and maintain contract records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in the federal acquisition process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing federal procurement policies and procedures.
• Capability to perform procurement reviews, analyze data and provide policy guidance.

Other Requirements:

• Adherence to Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Participation in audit and data call activities.
• Completion of required government training including AT Level I, OPSEC, Privacy Act, Information Assurance.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality and information security protocols.

Additional Information:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 background investigation.
• Previous experience working with federal financial regulatory agencies is preferred.
