    WHAT IS EXEPCTED OF ME IN THIS ROLEAs a member of the property's Management team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the hotel's image and position within the marketplace.

    The role will require a strong foundation in writing, visual thinking, presentation development, executive positioning, project management, networking, and cross-team collaboration.

    The ideal candidate must be able to experiment, quickly pivot and apply learnings.
    Responsible for engaging and collaborating with Field Marketing and agency partners.
    Design, implement, and facilitate the annual marketing plan for the hotel.

    Identifying the challenges in each year throughout the booking cycle and developing a plan with tactics to address the concerns.

    Assist the Director of Sales, Marketing and Events in planning and administering the hotel's annual marketing budget.

    Helping to design and script Marketing and Public Relations implementation at a brand and local level including community involvement, hotel activations, and guest experiences.

    Develop content across diverse communications channels including stakeholder emails, newsletters, presentations, social media posts, executive talking points, internal channel posts, fact sheets, document templates, and other strategic communication vehicles.

    Ensure consistent communication of image and position throughout the hotel, as well as to all internal and external constituencies. Assist as needed with internal & external presentations and communications.

    Plan and oversee photoshoots and manage photo librariesCollaborate with leadership and brand teams on assets to maximize sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

    Communicate the brand value proposition and key messages.
    Facilitate and coordinate all media relations and press releases. Ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
    Create and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors as necessary.
    Attending local community events to build partnerships and relationships.
