    Sodexo is seeking a General Manager to direct Food & Nutrition services for Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, Colorado. The General Manager will also oversee all food services for the sister hospital in Broomfield.

    The General Manager will need to be an experienced Director or GM with a background in contract services, healthcare, and or multi-unit operations.


    This position offers a compensation package that includes a competitive salary, bonus incentive plan, and a full benefits package that kicks in immediately.

    The GM will primarily work in Longmont with some travel to Broomfield.


    The successful candidate will:
    * direct and oversee all food and nutrition service day-to-day food service operations at two locations* manage, develop and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees* achieve company and client financial targets and goals* develop and maintain client and customer relationships
    • The ideal candidate will have:
    * seasoned experience as a GM or Director in the following: contract services, healthcare, hospitals, large hotels, multi-unit operations, etc.)* extensive food service experience with knowledge of specialized and restricted diets* demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop teams* strong financial acumen and technical skills is a must* a results-driven mindset that enjoys working hands-on to support the team

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    Basic Management Experience - 5 years

    Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
