Final Assembly Technician:
Requirements:Forklift CertifiedLiterate (Tape measures, assembly drawings)Experience with Overhead CranesExperience with welding (does not need to be certified)Must have basic tools (see attached Tool Requirements)Experience drilling/taping holes, use of power tools, etc

Responsibilities:

Hydraulic hose manufacturing (measure, cut and crimp specific sized hoses for installation on equipment)Hose installation and routingFitment of shells with frames, installation of pins and cylinders, (fabricate) pin keepers/retainersAssembly of bolt-on components (i.e.

ladders, guards, piping, etc.)Assembly of pump packs (couplers/housings, installation of fittings, motors, etc.)Assembly of sub-components (i.e. water/fuel/oil tanks, vibrators, agitators, etc.)Application of decals/labels
